Job Role: 

1. Should be able to write/execute Java/J2EE programs (JSP, Servlet, XML, Struts, Springs, Hibernate) with the knowledge of Flex.
2. Experience in banking domain would be an added advantage. Strong communication skills are essential.
3. Should have DB2 / ORACLE PL/SQL database knowledge in writing queries and stored procedures 
4. Should be able to understand the client application and processes and work as per customer quality processes
5. Proactive in finding ways to improve the applications
6. Interact with customers whenever needed
7. Willingness to work with the client directly at their place
