Ajith Kumar's Tamil film?yola-link-is-coming=true billa 2, which is a prequel to Billa will arrive late due to the delay in post production.

This film was supposed to release on June 22. But the latest information is that Billa 2 will release on the 6th of July.

Billa 2 is releasing in Telugu as David billa.?yola-link-is-coming=trueWith this film's release being delayed, Karthi'sSakuni is coming early. This film was supposed to release in July. But Billa 2's delay has pulled Sakuni forward.

Sakuni will release on June 22 in Telugu and Tamil. Praneetha did the female lead in S?yola-link-is-coming=trueakuni. Bellamkonda Suresh is releasing this film in Telugu.

Ajith's film is an original script

What's hot in K'town's gossip circuit? It is Thala's forthcoming film with director Sirutthai Shiva, produced by Vijaya Vahini Productions.

Reports from tinselville suggest that it will be the remake of Ravi Teja's recent T'town release Daruvu, which incidentally, was directed by Shiva.

The socio-fantasy masala entertainer has Taapsee playing the arm candy of Ravi Teja. Shiva'sSirutthai, which was a remake of Ravi Teja'sVikramarkudu and had Karthi in the lead, went on to become a huge hit.

Sources say that Shiva considers Ravi Teja his lucky charm and is contemplating bringing the Daruvu script to Tamil after making a few changes to suit Ajith's on-screen persona.

When DC contacted Shiva, who is basking in the success of Daruvu, he denied any such moves and shrugged it off as a figment of someone's imagination.

"I don't know why people spread such stories! Ajith sir's film will be a mass entertainer and it is a new script, not the remake of Daruvu," he said.

But the filmmaker did not rule out the possibility of the film being remade in K'town and also in Bollywood.

"The movie has been widely appreciated and is rocking the box office collections. I have been getting calls from Chennai as well as Mumbai, for the remake of this film.

But I am yet to take a call on it," he claims. And guess who has been touted to reprise Ravi Teja in B'town? It is none other than Akshay Kumar.

There was yet another rumour about Anushka Shetty not featuring opposite Ajith due to date issues.

When asked about this the director clarified, "There were a few date problems with Anushka ut we will be sorting it out soon.

Anyways, I am starting the project only after Ajith completes Vishnuvardhan's film."

The South Indian International Movie Awards (SIIMA) has released their final nominations list. Mayakkam Enna and Aadukalam are featuring in almost all the categories. Both the films have taken a spot under the Best film category and both directors, Selvaraghavan and Vetri Maaran are competing for the best director award. Dhanush and Richa Gangopadhyay are fighting for the best actor and actress award. Surprisingly, Ajith’s role in Mankatha has bagged him a nomination not only under the Best Actor category, but also in the Best Actor in negative role category.

Votes can be casted for all the categories throughwww.siima.com. The awards function will happen in Dubai on 21^st and 22^nd June. R Madhavan, Lakshmi Manchu and Parvathy Omanakuttan will host the show and Shruthi Haasan, Hansika, Sameera Reddy, Devi Sri Prasad, Amala Paul, Charmi and Priya Mani will come up with scintillating performances to make it a steamy event.

Ajith says no makeup for his next movie

Thala Ajith is one of the most loved actors, who has already promised his fans that would not use make up for his forthcoming films and will portray the roles, which suits his age as well.

Ajith keeping up his word portraying the role as a 40 year middle-aged man in his forthcoming untitled venture being directed by Vishnuvardhan. Remember Ajith has earlier did the same in his previously released and blockbuster hit film 'Mankatha' with Trisha as his female lead.

Venkat Prabhu directed Mankatha received good reviews for Ajith's salt and pepper looks. Vishnuvardhan's flick is taking fast shape in Mumbai and the director is canning the scenes that includes Ajith, Arya and Nayantara. Taapsee Pannu is playing the second lead lady in Ajith starrer that has music by Yuvan Shankar Raja, cinematography by P.S. Vinodh, editing by A. Sreekar Prasad, Sunil Babu's art direction, dialogues penned by Suba writers and costume designed by Anu Vishnuvardhan among the technical crew.

Ajith will start his next with Siruthai fame Siva that would hit the floors this Vishnuvardhan's movie hit the screens that is slated on this Diwali.

Ajith to hold photo expo

Ajith's penchant for photography is an open secret. The 'Thala', as he is endearingly called by his fans, always carries a camera with him.

After pursuing this hobby for over a decade, there are hundreds of photos in his collection. Some of the top cinematographers and photographers, who have had a glimpse of the pictures, were all praise for the actor, saying they were in good taste and of international quality.

As a result, Ajith's family members and friends have been urging him to hold an exhibition of his photos. But the media-shy star was reluctant so far. However, the talented actor seems to have changed his mind, sources close to him say.

"Ajith is planning to conduct a photo exhibition soon at a popular art gallery in Chennai. Proceedings of the sale will go towards a noble cause," they say, adding: "A team is now short listing the best of the best pictures clicked by him."

Ajith’s Billa 2 to release in 700 plus screens Worldwide

It would be the biggest release in Ajith’s career. Yes his 51st film, Billa 2 will hit the screens on 22 June in over 700 cinema halls across the globe.

Starring Ajith and Parvathy Omanakuttan in lead roles, the movie has music by Yuvan Shankar Raja . He had stated recently that the movie is more of a James Bond type one and will rock the screens.

Chakri Toleti, who directed the movie is confident that Billa 2 would rock Ajith fans. The Tamil release rights has been acquired by Aascar V Ravichandran for a huge sum.

New trailer is ready and will be released in Youtube this weekend and then in all TV channels. Those who were able to get a glimpse of 2 – 3 min trailer, which is said to be a mix of the already released teaser and new scenes, seem excited over it. The film is planned to be produced before censor board on June 11.
